- Material Shipped in Error (Dana Aftermarket error) such as overages, shortages, incorrectly boxed parts, etc
Q: Material Ordered in Error (Customer error):
- Submit a request via Return Request Form within 30 days from the date of shipment. A response will be sent back providing instructions on how to mail and repackage your return when the return authorization is issued.
- Package must be received within 30 days of receiving return authorization.
- 20% re-packaging charge will apply.
