- The part must not be labeled as NON‑RETURNABLE to qualify for return.
- Submit a request using the Return Request Form within 30 days from the shipment date.
- Once your return authorization is issued, you will receive instructions for mailing and repackaging your return.
- The return package must be received within 30 days of receiving the return authorization.
- A 20% re‑packaging fee will apply.
