Q: Material Ordered in Error (Customer Error)

  • The part must not be labeled as NON‑RETURNABLE to qualify for return.
  • Submit a request using the Return Request Form within 30 days from the shipment date.
  • Once your return authorization is issued, you will receive instructions for mailing and repackaging your return.
  • The return package must be received within 30 days of receiving the return authorization.
  • A 20% re‑packaging fee will apply.
