Shipping & Returns

Q: Material Ordered in Error (Customer error):  

  1. Submit a request via Return Request Form within 30 days from the date of shipment. A response will be sent back providing instructions on how to mail and repackage your return when the return authorization is issued. 
  2. Package must be received within 30 days of receiving return authorization.
  3. 20% re-packaging charge will apply.

Q: Material Shipped in Error (Dana Aftermarket error) such as overages, shortages, incorrectly boxed parts, etc   

  1. Submit a claim via Return Request Form within 30 days from the date of shipment.

  3. Package must be received within 30 days of receiving return authorization.
