Shipping & Returns

Q: Material Ordered in Error (Customer error):  

  1. Submit a request via Return Request Form within 30 days from the date of shipment. A response will be sent back providing instructions on how to mail and repackage your return when the return authorization is issued. 
  2. Package must be received within 30 days of receiving return authorization.
  3. 10% re-packaging charge will apply.

Q: Material Shipped in Error (Dana Aftermarket error) such as overages, shortages, incorrectly boxed parts, etc   

  1. Submit a claim via Return Request Form within 30 days from the date of shipment.
  2. A response will be sent back providing instructions on how to mail and repackage your return when the return authorization is issued and freight prepaid.
  3. Package must be received within 30 days of receiving return authorization.

Q: How do I request a product that I don't see available for purchase?

We love getting your feedback on what products you would like to see for sale.

Q: Can I cancel an order?

You can cancel orders that haven't starting the shipping process yet. All requests to cancel will be reviewed for approval.

Depending on the timing of the request and status of shipping, the request may not be approved.
